I’m not sure if we need to request those separately, but overall, the value is excellent. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip.

I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The room was in terrible condition—peeling walls, uncleaned surfaces, and trash scattered around the balcony, including cigarette butts. The bathroom was unusable: no toilet paper, no water in the flush, and hair and debris on the floor. Even worse, I found used clothes and towels still hanging inside. When I requested a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, they refused outright, claiming I had to resolve it myself—an absurd response. I left immediately because staying any longer wasn’t an option. To make matters worse, as I exited, they blamed me for a loud switch sound, despite having no evidence. This was not just bad service—it felt like being treated like a criminal. While many locals in Vietnam are kind and welcoming, this experience showed that some staff members aren’t. I would never recommend this place under any circumstances, and it should be removed from the platform entirely.
