Staying at Oakwood Residence Saigon was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the location—right next to Korean Street, where you can find a wide variety of delicious food, relaxing spas, and lively street vibes. Getting to District 1 by taxi was quick and easy, making it perfect for exploring the city. Plus, there’s a large shopping mall right across the way, so you can easily spend an afternoon browsing or grabbing a movie. Everything is convenient, clean, and thoughtfully designed. This place offers excellent value and has become my go-to when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

I always stay here whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City, and it never disappoints. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—super convenient for getting around by metro. My only small suggestion is that during longer stays, housekeeping services like towel and sheet changes weren’t done between days, which was a bit disappointing. I’m not sure if we need to request those separately, but overall, the value is excellent. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip.

This was an incredibly stressful and disorganized experience, especially with families and seniors involved. It’s frustrating to feel so helpless and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.
