Staying at Oakwood Residence Saigon was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the location—right next to Korean Street, where you can find a wide variety of delicious food, relaxing spas, and lively street vibes. Getting to District 1 by taxi was quick and easy, making it perfect for exploring the city. Plus, there’s a large shopping mall right across the way, so you can easily spend an afternoon browsing or grabbing a movie. Everything is convenient, clean, and thoughtfully designed. This place offers excellent value and has become my go-to when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Absolutely loved staying at RichLane Residences! Compared to similar apartments I've stayed in Kuala Lumpur, this one truly stands out. The room was spotless every day thanks to the daily cleaning service, and all the amenities were up to standard—perfect for a comfortable, self-catering stay. Located in District 7, it's super convenient: right next to a shopping complex (though not much to browse inside), but just a short walk across a small canal brings you straight into Koreatown. There's no shortage of great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and even massage spots—no need to worry about breakfast when Pho Vietnam nearby serves amazing bowls of pho. The only downside? It’s a bit far from the airport and central city, and traffic can be heavy during peak hours. Still, with good transport options like taxis and metro access, it’s easy to navigate. Overall, an excellent choice for a relaxed, well-located stay in Ho Chi Minh City—I’d definitely come back!

My only small suggestion is that during longer stays, housekeeping services like towel and sheet changes weren’t done between days, which was a bit disappointing. I’m not sure if we need to request those separately, but overall, the value is excellent. I’ll definitely book again on my next trip.

We booked a stay for 14 people, including elderly guests and young children, only to be abruptly canceled just before arrival—five of our reservations were wiped out without warning. With check-in set at 2:30 PM, we were left stranded on the street trying to find alternative accommodations last minute. The platform sent emails claiming transaction declined, which felt misleading and unprofessional. This was an incredibly stressful and disorganized experience, especially with families and seniors involved. It’s frustrating to feel so helpless and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.
