Staying at Oakwood Residence Saigon was an absolute pleasure. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the location—right next to Korean Street, where you can find a wide variety of delicious food, relaxing spas, and lively street vibes. Getting to District 1 by taxi was quick and easy, making it perfect for exploring the city. Plus, there’s a large shopping mall right across the way, so you can easily spend an afternoon browsing or grabbing a movie. Everything is convenient, clean, and thoughtfully designed. This place offers excellent value and has become my go-to when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

We booked a stay for 14 people, including elderly guests and young children, only to be abruptly canceled just before arrival—five of our reservations were wiped out without warning. With check-in set at 2:30 PM, we were left stranded on the street trying to find alternative accommodations last minute. The platform sent emails claiming transaction declined, which felt misleading and unprofessional. This was an incredibly stressful and disorganized experience, especially with families and seniors involved. It’s frustrating to feel so helpless and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.

Justay Tresor Bach Dang River
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The room was in terrible condition—peeling walls, uncleaned surfaces, and trash scattered around the balcony, including cigarette butts. The bathroom was unusable: no toilet paper, no water in the flush, and hair and debris on the floor. Even worse, I found used clothes and towels still hanging inside. When I requested a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, they refused outright, claiming I had to resolve it myself—an absurd response. I left immediately because staying any longer wasn’t an option. To make matters worse, as I exited, they blamed me for a loud switch sound, despite having no evidence. This was not just bad service—it felt like being treated like a criminal. While many locals in Vietnam are kind and welcoming, this experience showed that some staff members aren’t. I would never recommend this place under any circumstances, and it should be removed from the platform entirely.
