I always stay here whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City, and it never disappoints. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—super convenient for getting around by metro. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The room was in terrible condition—peeling walls, uncleaned surfaces, and trash scattered around the balcony, including cigarette butts. The bathroom was unusable: no toilet paper, no water in the flush, and hair and debris on the floor. Even worse, I found used clothes and towels still hanging inside. When I requested a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, they refused outright, claiming I had to resolve it myself—an absurd response. I left immediately because staying any longer wasn’t an option. To make matters worse, as I exited, they blamed me for a loud switch sound, despite having no evidence. This was not just bad service—it felt like being treated like a criminal. While many locals in Vietnam are kind and welcoming, this experience showed that some staff members aren’t. I would never recommend this place under any circumstances, and it should be removed from the platform entirely.
