Staying at Boxtel Hostel in Moscow was an absolute delight! The room was incredibly clean and well-maintainedâso tidy it felt like a fresh start. What really stood out was the owner's thoughtfulness: he personally ironed my clothes, which was such a nice surprise. The location is super convenient for getting around town via metro, just a short ride to the city center. With its friendly vibe, excellent cleanliness, and great value, this hostel offers more than just a place to sleepâitâs a memorable experience. Iâll definitely be back!

Staying at National Hotel in Moscow was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatableâright across from Red Square, with the metro Line 1 exit just steps away. Everything about the hotel felt well-organized and clean. Housekeeping was excellentâtowels, shampoo, and all amenities were replaced daily, and always fresh. Itâs clear they take pride in their service. However, I do have one strong warning: avoid Room 154 at all costs. When I entered, I was immediately hit by a strong sewer-like smell. I called the front desk right away and requested a room changeâthankfully, they accommodated me without delay. If youâre assigned this room, donât hesitate to ask for another one. Other rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, the hotel offers great value, exceptional convenience, and top-tier cleanliness. Just steer clear of that one room!

Located in the heart of Moscow, Ostozhenka 47 Mini-Hotel offers a compact but clean and cozy stay. The room is small, but perfectly functionalâespecially with the soft, comfortable bed that made for a restful nightâs sleep. Daily water refills are provided, and thereâs a mini-fridge by the bedside, which comes in handy for keeping drinks cool. The front desk staff, an elderly lady, was incredibly friendly and helpfulâher warm demeanor really added to the overall experience. One thing to note: thereâs no laundry machine on-site, so guests needing to wash clothes will need to plan accordingly. While the location makes it slightly less value-for-money compared to other options outside the city center, the convenience, cleanliness, and personal touch make up for it. If youâre looking for a quiet, well-maintained urban retreat with easy access to metro lines and nearby attractions, this mini-hotel is a solid choice. Great for short stays or travelers who prioritize comfort and service over space.

Iâve stayed here twice already, and each visit gets better! The location is fantasticâjust one metro stop from the city center, and itâs only a 9-minute walk to Belorusskaya Station. I love how close everything is: right next to the Depot food hall, with a nice little park nearby, and you can even walk to the Moscow Zoo. The room itself is clean and cozy, though the shower area is a bit small and thereâs no shelf at allâdefinitely could use a little more storage space. Still, the convenience, comfort, and overall value make it worth it. Iâd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

I really didnât want to leave a negative review, but I feel itâs necessary to warn others after staying at Diplomat Residence Hotel in Moscow. While the location is convenientâjust a short metro ride from the city centerâthe actual experience was disappointing. The room was outdated, with outdated fixtures and inconsistent hot water supply. To make matters worse, I couldnât check in right awayâI had to wait for over 30 minutes while staff struggled to process my reservation. It felt unprofessional and disorganized throughout. The hotel clearly doesnât meet basic standards, and Iâm concerned about how this affects future guests. If platforms continue to list such properties without proper oversight, travelers will keep getting misled. This place should be reconsidered for removal or serious improvement.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its locationâthereâs simply no better alternative for us. Weâve been staying here since 2018, but in recent visits, weâve noticed a clear decline in both quality and service. This time, we requested early check-in (9:00 AM) and late check-out (19:00 the next day), totaling just 1.5 nights, though we booked two full nights (Saturday to Monday). Arriving earlier than expected, we asked the front desk if we could check in early, explaining that we wouldnât be staying overnight on Sunday or Mondayâso we were only paying for actual time used. In past stays, similar arrangements cost us half a day each way. But this time, the staff said policies had changed: checking in before 11:00 AM would require a full dayâs charge, and leaving after 6:00 PM also meant a full-day fee. That meant being charged for three daysâeven though weâd only be using the room for 1.5 nights. With no other option, we paid up and checked in. However, the house rules posted in the room state that late check-out until midnight is only 50% of the room rateâdirectly contradicting what the front desk told us. Itâs confusing and frustrating, especially as regular guests who expected some flexibility. The room quality itself was disappointing too. Towels were stained, worn through, and looked more like rags than proper hotel linensâdefinitely not fit for a 4-star property. The bathrobe was in the same sorry state. The bathroom was visibly dirty. All of this left a very negative impression. After years of loyalty, weâre now seriously considering switching to another hotel once we find a better option. We wonât come back unless things improve significantly.

I stayed at Hotel Continental when it first opened 15 years ago, and returning now, everything is still top-notch! The hairdryer in the room is absolutely amazingâlightweight yet incredibly powerful. I didnât expect such strong airflow from something so compact. It made getting ready so much easier. The hotel maintains its charm and excellent service over the years, which is rare these days. Located just minutes from the city center via metro, itâs both convenient and well-priced. If I ever return to Moscow, this will be my go-to choice again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The location is unbeatableâjust a short metro ride from the city center, with plenty of restaurants and local vibes nearby. My room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful nightâs sleep. Noise insulation is excellentâno disturbances from the hallway or street. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, diverse, and delicious. Itâs rare to find such value in a hotel this well-appointed. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed. Iâve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one stands out as one of the best. Iâll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

Staying at the President Hotel was an absolute delight. The room was perfectly climate-controlled with both air conditioning and heating, making it incredibly comfortable even during Moscow's chilly winter months. A kettle was conveniently providedâperfect for a warm drink anytime. But what truly stood out was the view: spacious and breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful Moscow River. At night, the city lights shimmered along the riverbank, creating a magical atmosphere that felt straight out of a postcard. Itâs not just a place to sleepâitâs a memorable experience from the moment you step in.

This hotel in Moscow offers excellent value for money. The location is fantasticâjust a short walk from the metro, and you can reach Sheremetyevo Airport within 30 minutes by public transit, which is a major plus for travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a minor cosmetic upgradeâlike fresh paint or updated furnishingsâwould make it even better. The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. Itâs clear they care about guest experience. While itâs not a luxury property, itâs more than sufficient for a great overnight stay, especially if you're looking for a reliable, no-frills option in a convenient spot. Definitely worth considering if you want comfort, convenience, and good service without breaking the bank.

Staying at The Carlton in Moscow was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalismâexactly what youâd expect from a world-class hotel. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with modern touches and top-quality furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful nightâs sleep. Every detail, from the bathroom amenities to the quiet ambiance, reflected exceptional attention to detail. The cleanliness level is outstandingâevery corner was spotless. Service was prompt and thoughtful without being intrusive. Location-wise, itâs very convenient for exploring downtown Moscow via metro. This stay exceeded all my expectations. Truly a five-star experience in every senseâwould absolutely book again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hamovniki Mini-Hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is fantasticâjust a short walk to the metro and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and local shops. Even though the rooms are compact, theyâre thoughtfully designed with modern touches, clean, cozy, and super comfortable. The bed was amazingâso restful, I barely wanted to get up in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. It felt more like staying at a home away from home than a hotel. With such a great vibe, unbeatable value, and warm hospitality, Iâd definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Moscow.
