When I called to clarify some details during my stay, the tone was cold and dismissive—like I was causing trouble rather than seeking help. Even though I was just trying to understand the arrangements due to quarantine requirements, I felt treated like an unwanted guest instead of a valued customer. It’s hard to believe this is what passes for hospitality under a 4-star rating. If you’re looking for a budget option and don’t mind minimal service, it might work. But if you value warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, this hotel won’t meet your expectations. A serious rethink on staff training is urgently needed.
