I stayed at La Woods Hotel in Chennai and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean and neatly arranged—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service. The on-site restaurant and bar are a real highlight—the food is exceptional and definitely worth trying if you're here. I also booked a car through the platform to the airport, and the driver was punctual, professional, and very polite. He knew the route well and made the journey stress-free. From the ambiance to the hospitality, this hotel truly stands out. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai.

My stay at The Belstead was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The location is quiet yet incredibly convenient—just a short walk from major attractions and local spots, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. The hotel itself is spotless and spacious, with well-designed rooms that feel both comfortable and relaxing. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The front desk team, especially Pinky and her colleagues, were warm, professional, and always ready to help. I also want to give a special mention to Ramanathan, the doorman—he greeted us with a genuine smile every time, making us feel welcome right from the moment we arrived. The dining experience was another highlight: the food was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, and the restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Housekeeping was consistently excellent—every detail was taken care of. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had in Chennai. It’s clear the team here genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-run hotel with top-notch hospitality, The Belstead is an outstanding choice—I’d highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great local eateries. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, with excellent air quality that made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. It’s rare to find such a clean, comfortable, and friendly place at this level of value. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chennai!

Staying at Ibis Chennai City Centre was a fantastic experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great restaurants and local shops. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. But the highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet—huge variety with both local Indian dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, especially the hot items, and the coffee and jams were top quality. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value. I’d absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Chennai and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

This hotel is far below any standard and absolutely not worth even one star. Despite being marketed as a 3-star property, the reality is shocking—this is misleading at best. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant; every request felt like an inconvenience to them. There’s no service bell or intercom in the room, so we had to walk down to the front desk for anything we needed—very frustrating. The elevator shuts down at 11 PM and doesn’t reopen until morning, making late-night access impossible. No bottled water provided, and both the AC and TV were non-functional during our stay. The bathroom was filthy—the toilet seat was broken, and the shower jet didn’t work. We even found cockroaches in the room. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Basic toiletries like soap and towels weren’t provided, and after repeatedly asking, we were handed used and stained towels. When we finally spoke to the manager, he responded with hostility instead of concern. For ₹2000 per night, this was an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience. Please, don’t book here—even if it's the cheapest option available. You’ll regret it.

This time around, we stayed at Hanu Reddy Residences Wallace Garden in the Thousand Lights area of Chennai—just a short distance from Apollo Hospital and Greams Road. The location is super convenient for both business and leisure travelers. As always, the stay was flawless: clean rooms, attentive staff, and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I’ve visited Hanu Reddy Residences multiple times before, and each visit has been just as satisfying. The consistency in quality and comfort is impressive. If you're looking for a reliable, well-located place to stay in Chennai, this is definitely one to consider.

Staying at The Lotus Hotel Sameera with my partner was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a serene ambiance—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Chennai. The food was outstanding, especially the local dishes served at the in-house restaurant; fresh ingredients and authentic flavors truly stood out. We particularly enjoyed our evening meals on the rooftop terrace, where the view and atmosphere added to the experience. The hotel’s location is convenient—just a short walk from public transport and close to shopping areas and local attractions. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. With such excellent service, great food, and a peaceful setting, it's definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Chennai. I’d happily return and recommend it without hesitation.

The location of Grand One Tower is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk from the city center, with easy access to metro stations, restaurants, and shopping spots—everything you need is right at your doorstep. The building itself has a modern, sleek design, and the lobby feels spacious and welcoming. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout check-in and check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—the bed was incredibly cozy, making for a restful night's sleep. What really stands out is the incredible value for money. For the price, you get top-notch comfort and convenience in a prime location. If you're visiting Chennai, this hotel should be your first choice. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My stay at Royal Regency was truly comfortable and well worth it. The room was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained—especially the bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the metro station and right in the heart of the city, with plenty of dining options, local markets, and cafes nearby. I appreciated how easy it was to get around without needing a car. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. They went the extra mile to ensure my experience was smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with a peaceful atmosphere and great value. I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.

The stay at Grand Elegant was a mixed experience. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the location is convenient—close to public transit and downtown areas, which is a big plus. The bed itself was comfortable, but the room didn’t live up to expectations: the walls had peeling plaster, and the floor felt unclean. The Wi-Fi worked, though it wasn’t particularly fast. The bathroom looked worn out, but hot water and decent shower pressure were welcome. While breakfast at their sister hotel was enjoyable, dinner wasn’t great—lack of variety and average quality. Staff were friendly and helpful, which added some positive points. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for a budget-friendly base in Chennai with easy access to attractions, but don’t expect anything fancy. Cleanliness and upkeep need serious attention.

We recently hosted an event at Hotel City Tower and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff were incredibly professional from start to finish—welcoming, attentive, and efficient in handling all our needs. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, while the food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out most was the hotel’s location, just a short walk from the railway station, making it super convenient for guests arriving by train or using public transit. It’s a perfect spot for business events, and we’ll definitely return for future gatherings. I’ve already recommended this hotel to several colleagues and friends—it’s truly a gem in Chennai.

The staff at Hotel Pearl International were incredibly kind and attentive—always ready to help with any request. The hotel is spotlessly clean, making me feel completely comfortable dining at their on-site restaurant for dinner. I especially loved the breakfast curry—it was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Everything about this stay was top-notch: the service, the cleanliness, the food, and the convenient location near public transit. It’s not just a great place to stay—it’s a truly memorable experience. I’d happily come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai.
