The hotel is beautifully clean, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient—just a short ride to the city center and plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. As a family-friendly resort, it truly delivers with its fantastic pool area and dedicated kids’ playground that kept my children entertained for hours. That said, I’d love to see one small improvement: offering child-sized toiletries like toothbrushes, slippers, and bath towels. Right now, everything is only available in adult sizes, which made it a bit inconvenient for younger guests. Still, this minor detail doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. The overall atmosphere, service, and value make this a top choice for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway.

This place is absolutely incredible — I can’t recommend it enough! The service was outstanding, the ambiance was serene and beautiful, and the facilities were top-notch. We booked a room with a private pool right outside the door — waking up to that view every morning was pure bliss. What truly made our stay unforgettable was how thoughtful the staff were. Since we had four birthdays during our trip, they went above and beyond to surprise us: the room was beautifully decorated, complete with a special birthday cake and sweet treats. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at on this trip, this was the only one that truly felt personal and caring. It’s not just about luxury or location — it’s the little touches that make all the difference. If you’re planning a birthday getaway, this is the perfect spot. Highly, highly recommended!
