The sauna experience was exceptional—pure relaxation. The 24-hour gym is a major plus for early birds or night owls like me. One small note: the speakers in the room are a bit quiet and lack strong audio impact, but it’s hardly a dealbreaker. Oh, and the hairdryer? A Dyson—yes, really! That alone made the stay feel extra special. Overall, this is a top-tier urban retreat with style, comfort, and attention to detail.

The lobby on the first floor is beautifully designed with a grand, welcoming atmosphere. Multiple elevators mean no long waits—definitely a plus for convenience. We booked during the week, but unexpectedly found the hotel fully booked that day, leaving only double rooms available. We even wanted to extend our stay by one more night, but unfortunately, the next day was also completely full—really disappointing! Still, the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs, and across the street, you’ll find a 7-Eleven and a Cosme store—super convenient for snacks or essentials. The location and service make it worth returning. My only advice? Book early—don’t wait until the last minute, especially if you’re planning a weekend or midweek trip!

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning view of Taipei’s skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service—always smiling and ready to help. Located near several shopping malls and cinemas, the hotel is also steps away from some of the best local street food spots, including Xiao Nan Men Douhua and Chun Shui Tang, where we enjoyed authentic Taiwanese treats. Everything about this stay felt special—from the elegant ambiance to the thoughtful touches. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei!

There are plenty of great dining options nearby, so you’re never far from a good meal. The staff are friendly and courteous, always ready to help. The room itself is spotless and comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The jacuzzi tub is spacious, and the steam room made for a truly relaxing experience after a long day. Breakfast is served as a set menu with both Chinese and Western options, and if you're still hungry, they’ll happily provide free add-ons. Overall, this place offers amazing value for money. It’s already my second visit, and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

One minor downside was the weak water pressure in the shower, which slightly affected the experience. Breakfast was standard—not fancy, but satisfying enough to start the day without needing to grab something elsewhere. Overall, this hotel delivers great value, excellent location, and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely return.
