The ambiance is incredibly luxurious, and the overall quality is top-notch. The room was much bigger than the photos suggested, offering plenty of space and a really comfortable feel. From the moment we walked in, the bell staff and front desk team were welcoming and professional—every interaction was pleasant. The signature fragrance and premium toiletries added that extra touch of sophistication. Initially, I was disappointed to learn that none of the four-room options had views of Taipei 101 (which was part of our original shortlist), but after seeing the room in person, I didn’t care about the view at all—the condition, cleanliness, and comfort were just too good. During our 3-night stay, we only encountered one other Korean guest (in the elevator!), and the breakfast area and pool were mostly filled with European travelers, giving it a very international vibe. The entire property is smoke-free, which contributes to a clean, peaceful atmosphere. I stayed in a south-facing room, and the natural light streaming in throughout the day was beautiful. The bed was firm, but surprisingly comfortable—I slept really well without any discomfort. The only minor note is that lighting in the elevator and hallway could be a bit brighter, but it’s a small detail in an otherwise outstanding stay.
