The luggage storage attendants were also friendly and reliable—always ready to assist. The room itself was beautifully designed: clean, minimalist, and well-equipped without feeling overly luxurious. I stayed in a high-floor riverside suite, and the view was stunning—wide-open vistas of the river by day, dazzling city lights at night. Despite being over 50 years old, the hotel has been thoughtfully renovated throughout—from the lobby and corridors to elevators and guest rooms—all blending timeless elegance with modern comfort. The bed was super comfortable, and they offered four different pillow types to suit various sleep preferences. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond with their warm and attentive service—on the second morning, they even brought complimentary breakfast snacks! It’s rare to find such a welcoming touch at a budget-friendly hotel. Despite the late arrival, everything was smooth and comfortable.
