To be honest, I slept better here than in some so-called five-star hotels I’ve stayed at before. The room has a slightly vintage decor style, which gives it a unique charm rather than feeling outdated. Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.

The location is ideal if your main focus is shopping or staying close to the mall. However, if you're planning to visit places like Beijing Road Pedestrian Street or Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, expect about a 1-hour drive—so it's not ideal for exploring the city center. Airport transfers take around 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic, which is average. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re mainly here for shopping or want a quiet base near the mall. It’s not perfect for tourists wanting to be in the heart of the action, but for what it offers, it delivers solid value.
