Novotel Suzhou Tai Lake Santeh
The weather was absolutely perfect for our getaway, and choosing Novotel Suzhou Tai Lake Santeh for our family vacation turned out to be an excellent decision. The 599 yuan package included everything—meals, accommodation, and activities—and offered incredible value for money. The family hot pot was generously portioned, and the sour cabbage fish was fresh and flavorful—we couldn’t even finish it! It’s normal for the dining area to be busy during holidays, so no complaints there. A big thank you to Xiao Yuan at front desk for arranging such a spacious, clean room with great attention to detail. Her friendly and patient service made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to come back next Lunar New Year! 😄😄

Staying at Coast Resort in Suzhou was an absolutely wonderful experience. I booked a lake-view room, and the moment I opened the window, I was greeted by breathtaking views of Lake Tai—seriously, it felt like waking up in a postcard. The room itself was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean, making the stay incredibly comfortable. What stood out most was the variety of family-friendly activities—my kids loved the baking workshop, ping pong, and table tennis sessions. It kept them entertained and happy throughout our visit. Special shoutout to Xiao Zhai, the staff member who looked after us—her kindness, warm tone, and proactive service made all the difference. She anticipated our needs before we even asked, which made the whole trip feel personal and thoughtful. The atmosphere is peaceful, the location is convenient, and the overall value is outstanding.
