It’s also only a 5-minute walk to Pazhou MTR station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. While the cleanliness could use some improvement—there was a small cockroach spotted in the bathroom—I assume it’s an isolated incident. The location is a bit of a drawback: it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, and the bus stop is roughly 10 minutes away. That said, if you're not in a rush and value a great view over convenience, this place offers excellent value. The combination of comfort, aesthetics, and riverside views makes it a standout choice for travelers who prioritize ambiance and scenery.

The room has a slightly vintage decor style, which gives it a unique charm rather than feeling outdated. Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.
