The location is a bit of a drawback: it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station, and the bus stop is roughly 10 minutes away. That said, if you're not in a rush and value a great view over convenience, this place offers excellent value. The combination of comfort, aesthetics, and riverside views makes it a standout choice for travelers who prioritize ambiance and scenery.

Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.

Despite being surrounded by local life, the neighborhood stayed surprisingly quiet at night, making it ideal for studying or getting restful sleep. I also appreciated how easy it was to get to Pazhou Convention Centre via metro—just a few minutes away. Overall, this place offers great value, comfort, and convenience. If you're visiting Guangzhou for business or exams, this is definitely a top pick. I’ll be coming back.
