The executive lounge exceeded expectations—both the food quality and service were outstanding, easily among the best I’ve experienced in China. And then there’s the pool: even in winter, it feels like stepping into a serene greenhouse garden. Calm, elegant, and breathtakingly beautiful—hands down, one of the most stunning pools in Beijing. A true gem.

The next morning, we sip traditional tosukuri sake and savor a delightful Japanese breakfast before heading out on bikes to Jingshan Park to welcome the first rays of sunlight. This year, I was truly impressed by the improved service — the dining area has been upgraded with a fresh, modern touch, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s not just a hotel for us; it’s a place where we connect with culture and create lasting memories. We’re so grateful for the warmth and attention to detail. Not only was everything recovered, but the cash remained untouched. Under the leadership of Manager Bai Lu, this team demonstrated an outstanding level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility in a luxury hotel setting. This experience made me fall even more in love with InterContinental, especially this property in Sanlitun.
