We felt safe throughout, which was especially reassuring during New Year’s Eve. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely ambiance that made it easy to relax. We also appreciated the complimentary high-quality wine during our stay — a small but thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Galata, Galata Tower, and Karaköy. On New Year’s Eve, we walked safely to the Karaköy waterfront to enjoy the fireworks — no stress, no traffic, just perfect views and memories. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, service, and convenience.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—the guy behind the counter was not only handsome but also genuinely warm and helpful, even if his English was limited. Communication was easy with gestures and smiles. One small thing: the water supply wasn’t always fresh, but calling the front desk to request a refill was quick and efficient. They responded promptly and delivered fresh water without hassle. All in all, this place offers great value, charm, and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

Stayed here twice and couldn’t be happier. The room was spacious with a great layout, and the staff went above and beyond—so friendly and helpful. On my second visit, I was upgraded to a better room and treated to a delicious complimentary dessert that actually tasted better than what you’d find at a local shop! The only minor downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 8 to 10 minutes—but honestly, it’s totally manageable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of charm, with plenty of cafes and local spots nearby. A short ride or a quick taxi gets you anywhere you need to go. Overall, an excellent value and a truly enjoyable stay—I’ll definitely come back.

That said, I noticed the lighting in my room and around the pool area could be improved—it felt a bit dim at times. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak, which made streaming or video calls a bit frustrating. Still, these minor drawbacks didn’t take away from the overall experience. With its great location, superb amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
