I stayed at Smart Hotel in Izmir during the May holiday, and I have to say the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, just off a major roundabout. The road access isn’t ideal, and the entrance is quite narrow, so if you’re driving, be prepared for some tricky navigation. First-timers should definitely use the hotel’s valet parking service—just pull up to the door and let the staff handle it. I tried finding a spot myself once, and honestly, I nearly gave up. The valet service saved me so much stress. Room size is modest—the whole property feels compact—but cleanliness and comfort are excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and right next to the hotel is a large park perfect for a morning stroll or evening relaxation. What really stood out was the staff’s exceptional service. I accidentally left my jacket behind with my AirPods inside. The team found it quickly, contacted me, and even arranged to ship it back to my home country. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. If you're visiting Izmir, this hotel is a top choice—great value, great location, and unforgettable hospitality.
