The fourth floor requires walking up from the third, but it’s worth it for the rooftop terrace with stunning nighttime views—perfect for photos without any filters. Parking is available, but avoid the spot between the two rows; it’s tricky to exit. The other side is much more accessible. Overall, great value and highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

The space is much smaller than advertised—definitely not 25 square meters—and instead of facing the city as expected, it overlooks a rooftop filled with air conditioning units. The noise from the machinery was constant and really disruptive, especially at night. It made it hard to sleep, which was disappointing after such a high rating. If you're looking for a quiet, spacious room with a city view, this one might not be the best choice. Be sure to double-check the room details before booking.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed the sign outside didn’t match the hotel name—instead of Gama Residence, it read Onn otel. The photos online were nothing like the real place; there was a major mismatch between what we expected and what we actually saw. When we checked in, the front desk was filthy—old, stained furniture, poor cleanliness overall. We showed our printed voucher from the platform, but the staff member insisted our booking wasn’t valid, claiming the hotel only works with Airbnb and that our reservation was fake. We had already paid in full in advance through a trusted booking system. To make things worse, he kept pushing us to pay cash on the spot—an obvious red flag. We refused and left immediately, contacting customer support right away. Later, after the platform investigated and apparently reached out to him, he tracked us down near a café, apologized profusely, and claimed he’d finally found our booking. While the issue was resolved, the whole experience left us feeling unsafe and deeply uneasy. We couldn’t trust the staff or the environment, so we chose not to stay. This wasn’t just a bad service—it felt like a potential scam. If you're considering this hotel, proceed with extreme caution. Don’t rely solely on online photos or promises. It’s not worth the risk.

The only downside was breakfast—it was quite basic. Only tea was available, with no coffee or milk provided. For such a well-located hotel, upgrading the breakfast options would make a big difference.
