During our stay in July, the hot water took forever to heat up and remained quite cool even after waiting, so we ended up just rushing through a quick shower. Breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but filling enough to start the day. Public transport access is excellent: right outside the hotel, there’s a bus stop with frequent service, and it’s just a short walk across the street to the 74A bus line heading toward the historic center. The subway is also very convenient nearby. However, if you're coming from the train station, be aware that the transfer involves taking a local train rather than a metro—these trains run on a timed schedule, unlike the seamless system back home. Plan ahead to avoid missing your connection. We didn’t spot any obvious taxi stands around, so consider using other transit options or ride-sharing apps. Overall, despite minor quirks, the location, space, and ease of getting around make this a solid choice for travelers seeking value and atmosphere.

Getting around Vienna is incredibly easy from here. Check-out was hassle-free—you simply return your key card, no long queues or delays. The only minor issue is the gap between the shower door and floor, which can cause water to splash out during use, but it’s a small trade-off. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and convenience. If I ever return to Vienna, I’d definitely stay here again.

That said, the neighborhood isn’t one of the more affluent areas—some streets are a bit worn down, and there’s a strip club nearby if you walk a short distance. I’d suggest caution for solo female travelers. Rooms facing the street do pick up some tram noise, but it’s manageable with closed windows. Still, I’m a big fan of the Citadines brand—consistent quality, good value, and reliable service. For families looking for comfort and affordability in a central yet quiet spot, this is an excellent choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at a different apartment here back in May and absolutely loved it, so we decided to come back. This time we were in unit 21—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic—just a short walk to the city center and public transit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It's hard to find a place this great with such a great value. Definitely coming back!
