Staying at Grand Hyatt Singapore was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Ion Orchard, with the MRT station right outside the hotel. I loved how convenient it was for getting around the city. There’s also a small supermarket next door, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, especially that large bay window—so much space you could almost sleep on it! Housekeeping was excellent, and there were always fresh water bottles available. I even discovered a little gem: Stay Club, the late-night eatery just across the street. I ended up eating there for three consecutive nights—those skewers were delicious, flavorful, and satisfying. This hotel offers comfort, convenience, and great value. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore!

The design throughout the hotel is sleek and modern, making every corner feel like a stylish photo op. One of the biggest perks? Free shuttle service to Sentosa Island, which made exploring so convenient. And let’s talk about dining—right at the lobby level, there’s an incredible variety of international cuisine, from local favorites to gourmet Western dishes. It’s all fresh, vibrant, and super easy to access. This place truly delivers on luxury, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at The Singapore EDITION with our kids, and the experience absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond—our little one was greeted with coloring books and a fun crayon set. The room was thoughtfully prepared with a kid-friendly toiletry kit and non-slip slippers, showing great attention to detail. Everyone we met—from front desk to housekeeping—was warm, polite, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in was quick and smooth, and service responsiveness was excellent whenever we needed anything. The hotel’s central location is perfect: just a short walk to the MRT station and right next to Orchard Road, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. Rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Daily cleaning was thorough and consistent. The only small suggestion would be to offer more variety in the kids’ breakfast menu, but that’s a tiny detail in an otherwise outstanding stay. Overall, this was a stress-free, enjoyable family trip, and we’d definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Singapore.

Grand Copthorne Waterfront

Staying at Grand Copthorne Waterfront was an absolute delight! It’s perfect for photography too—no filters needed. Public transport is super convenient; just a short walk to the MRT and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. There’s even a small convenience store on the ground floor for snacks and drinks—super handy. The festive decorations during Christmas added such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and great quality. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, always smiling and ready to help. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This hotel offers incredible value and a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Amara Sanctuary Sentosa

Staying at Amara Sanctuary Sentosa was an absolute delight from start to finish. The facilities are well-equipped with complimentary snacks and chilled drinks, plus clean tap water—no need to worry about bottled water. Cleanliness is top-notch throughout the property; everything felt fresh and hygienic, which made me feel completely at ease. The natural surroundings are stunning—lush greenery, ocean views, and a peaceful ambiance that truly makes you feel like you're escaping the city. Service-wise, while the Chinese-speaking front desk isn’t always on duty, the English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful. Though they used translation tools at times, their warm attitude and willingness to assist made up for it—especially the friendly team members who went the extra mile. One thing worth noting: there’s a shuttle bus from Vivocity directly to the hotel, but we initially missed the pickup point due to lack of clear signage—maybe add more visible markers next time. Also, the $30 dining credit at the second-floor restaurant was a nice touch. Food quality was good—fresh, clean, and well-prepared. Flavors may vary by personal taste, but overall it’s a solid choice for a quick meal. All in all, this stay delivered excellent value, comfort, and relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene retreat with great service and thoughtful touches.
