Staying at Sercotel Valencia Alameda 41 was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The cleanliness was seriously lacking—by the time I arrived, the dish cabinet and all the dishes inside were filthy, covered in what looked like birdseed. The tables hadn’t been wiped after the previous guests, still stained with old food residue. And the bed? Extremely uncomfortable—sleeping on it felt like lying on a stack of paper. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow if you’re staying here. Overall, this place failed on both hygiene and comfort. Not worth the price, and definitely not something I’d book again.

We especially appreciated the excellent luggage storage located just next door, and even though we didn’t use the bike rental service, knowing guests can safely leave their bikes overnight is a huge plus. It’s such a thoughtful touch. Exploring Russafa was a highlight—we fell in love with this vibrant neighborhood full of charming cafés, boutiques, and local vibes. The communication and customer service were exceptional—far beyond what you typically get with standard bookings. Truly top-tier hospitality. We’ll definitely be booking with you again, and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique, authentic experience in Valencia.

The apartment is spacious, functional, and reasonably clean, located just a few hundred meters from the city center—very convenient for short stays. It’s recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for travelers wanting a self-catering option. However, the building itself is quite old and shows signs of neglect, with a worn-out exterior and outdated common areas. The main issue is that the elevator has been out of service for some time, which makes accessing the 9th-floor unit very inconvenient, especially with luggage. While the interior is tidy and modernized, the overall condition of the building lowers the experience. Still, if you're only staying briefly and don’t mind the lack of elevator access, it’s a decent budget-friendly choice.

I especially appreciated finding bottled water waiting in the room—small touches that make a big difference. The location is perfect: steps away from Plaça de l'Ajuntament, surrounded by top attractions. Plus, the Xativa metro line is literally right outside, connecting directly to the airport.
