Staying at Apartamentos FV Flats Valencia in the Mestalla area was a great choice. The location is perfect—right outside the stadium and just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. We arrived early, but the manager greeted us within 10 minutes and got us checked in without any hassle. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained—with a functional kitchen, reliable air conditioning, and heating for comfort. The only downside is some street noise due to single-pane windows, especially during peak hours. However, it’s manageable, and the overall experience was positive. Great value for money, ideal for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Valencia.

We had booked two apartments since early January, but less than a month before check-in, we were suddenly informed that a €200 surcharge per apartment applied because we were considered a group, plus an additional €2,000 deposit. The only reason we got our money back was because we refused to accept the terms. While we managed to recover the funds, the whole experience left a very negative impression. We originally chose this property for its value and convenience, but this last-minute fee change—especially without prior notice—was extremely frustrating. It’s not just about the cost, but the lack of transparency and communication. Being treated as a group with such unexpected charges undermines trust in the booking process. I hope the platform improves its vetting of pricing policies to prevent other travelers from going through the same stress.
