Staying at the Funhome Bo Song Set Apartment in Hanoi was an absolute delight! Though not in the busiest area, the location is quiet, safe, and convenient for exploring downtown. Excellent value for money and a truly pleasant stay. I stayed at Mia Sen VONG Hotel in Hanoi and overall had a positive experience—great location, just a short metro ride from the city center. However, there was one disappointment: I was promised a room with a window when booking, but it wasn’t available upon check-in, and I had to pay extra to upgrade. That felt a bit unfair. Also, even though the minibar was charged, there was no menu provided—no way to know what was available or how much things cost. It made using the service frustrating. The hotel has good potential, especially with its value-for-money pricing, but a few small improvements in communication and guest convenience would make a big difference. Would consider returning if these issues were addressed.
