Staying at the Funhome Bo Song Set Apartment in Hanoi was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and close to metro access, making it super easy to explore everything Hanoi has to offer. The apartment itself is clean, well-designed, and spacious for the price. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable—offering local tips and even helping with transportation arrangements. It felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel. With such great value, cleanliness, and hospitality, this 10/10 rating is totally deserved. The hotel itself lives up to its star rating: clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast is consistently good—fresh, varied, and satisfying every morning. I stayed at LinhAnh Hotel for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed including a mini-fridge and tea set. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming—offering great local dining tips and helpful advice on navigating the city via metro. Though not in the busiest area, the location is quiet, safe, and convenient for exploring downtown. Excellent value for money and a truly pleasant stay. I’d definitely book again next time I visit Hanoi—highly recommend!
I stayed at Mia Sen VONG Hotel in Hanoi and overall had a positive experience—great location, just a short metro ride from the city center. However, there was one disappointment: I was promised a room with a window when booking, but it wasn’t available upon check-in, and I had to pay extra to upgrade. That felt a bit unfair. Also, even though the minibar was charged, there was no menu provided—no way to know what was available or how much things cost. It made using the service frustrating. The hotel has good potential, especially with its value-for-money pricing, but a few small improvements in communication and guest convenience would make a big difference. Would consider returning if these issues were addressed.
