Staff were professional and responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel bar was closed in the evening during our Easter visit, so we had to head over to Novotel for dinner and ended up enjoying an excellent cocktail there—definitely a highlight of the night. One small downside: no toilet brush in the room. It’s not just inconvenient for housekeeping but also awkward for guests. A simple fix that would make a big difference. Overall, though, the location, service, and value are outstanding—definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.
