The receptionist was outstanding—fluent in English, which helped immensely since my French is limited to what I learned in school decades ago. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to assist us. While there was some noise from other guests late at night (even around 3 AM), it didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, the location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the value is solid. A reliable choice if you're passing through Bordeaux and need a no-fuss, comfortable base.
