Just a short walk away in the opposite direction is the Peak Tram entrance—buying the Red Diamond ticket allowed us direct access, saving us hours of waiting. Once at the summit, the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour took our breath away. The hotel is surrounded by convenience: downstairs is the upscale Taikoo Place, and just steps away is a seaside park—ideal for a morning stroll. As for service, it was outstanding. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and attentive—they even helped us secure a room with a stunning view, which I truly appreciated. Every team member we met was courteous, respectful, and spoke fluent Mandarin. Breakfast was another highlight—the soup bowls were generously sized, and the staff kept them filled with fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables. It felt like a personal touch. The rooms embrace a minimalist Japanese aesthetic: clean lines, clever layout, and impeccable maintenance—no signs of wear at all. What really impressed me was the little touches in the bathroom: a lip balm and compact mirror tucked into the toiletry kit, which shows an understanding of guests’ needs that even some luxury brands overlook. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch. Overall, the stay was deeply relaxing and memorable. It’s one of those places where every detail feels intentional. Definitely worth returning to.

Even though there’s only one bathroom, both the living room and bedroom have separate access doors, giving each space a sense of privacy and independence.
