They also offered free luggage storage upon check-out and were happy to help with directions. On September 29th, I walked the entire island, soaking in its quiet beauty. Then, on the morning of September 30th, I witnessed a breathtaking sunrise over the sea—followed by a rare treat: a rehearsal from a pipe organ and sheng master, plus a solo piano performance. It felt like stepping into a cultural dream. This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. Highly recommend for travelers seeking history, peace, and soulful moments.
