The atmosphere is welcoming, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been exceptionally courteous—especially the front desk team, Ms. Rudrrani and Ms. Philomina, who consistently go above and beyond. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat. My only small suggestion would be to install a handheld showerhead in the bathroom for added convenience during bathing. Despite that minor detail, the overall experience remains outstanding. With its prime location, excellent service, and consistent quality, this hotel continues to be my top choice in Kolkata.

Room service took at least an hour to arrive—long wait, especially if you're hungry. Portion sizes are just right for one person, but if you're sensitive to spice, be sure to ask for it milder. That said, the hotel’s location is excellent—conveniently close to downtown with easy access to local transport. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience was good, and the value for money makes it worth considering.
