The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat. My only small suggestion would be to install a handheld showerhead in the bathroom for added convenience during bathing. Despite that minor detail, the overall experience remains outstanding. With its prime location, excellent service, and consistent quality, this hotel continues to be my top choice in Kolkata.

That alone set a negative tone. The food was terrible—after eating, I suffered from severe diarrhea, which clearly indicates poor hygiene standards. Room service was equally awful; I ordered items multiple times but never received them on time, if at all. The overall experience was far below what you’d expect for the price, especially since there are better options available at the same rate. If you’re considering this hotel, take a moment to check the manager’s photo—his attitude is a red flag. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.

The hotel is completely unlivable and bears no resemblance to the photos. It's located right next to a train station, where the first train arrives at 3:45 AM with loud horns and whistles that startle you awake. The last train departs at 12:30 AM, meaning constant noise throughout the night. The room itself is outdated, poorly maintained, and lacks basic comfort. The entire experience was extremely disappointing—definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any reason.
