The staff, especially a young lady at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and attentive—she even proactively arranged a room facing the quiet courtyard, knowing we were concerned about sleep quality. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel’s overall ambiance is calm and welcoming, located just steps away from Kunming Railway Station and Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, so splitting the dining area into two smaller sections would help reduce crowding. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations—great value, top-notch service, and a peaceful stay. We’ll definitely be returning.

The hotel’s driver, Mr. Liu, took us to the Dianchi Hai Ba area and shared thoughtful insights about local attractions and travel tips along the way—such a nice personal touch! The housekeeping staff were diligent and efficient, always arriving on time to keep the space spotless. From start to finish, the service felt warm and professional.
