The room itself was immaculate, with plenty of space and modern amenities that made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, but especially loved their freshly baked bread: soft, warm, and absolutely delicious. Even cooler? They have a delivery robot that brings food right to your door—so futuristic and fun, especially for kids. Location is perfect—just a short walk to major attractions, making sightseeing super convenient. The next day, we had an early high-speed train departure and were feeling under the weather, so we wanted to check out early and cancel two rooms. To our surprise, the front desk offered a free late check-out until 4 PM with no extra charge—such thoughtful service! This level of care truly made our experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—10/10, highly praised!
