The only redeeming factor was how close it was to the convention center—everything else was underwhelming. The entire room had a musty, damp smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in, and the bedding was just a thin blanket, not even close to what I’d expect. I wouldn’t have chosen this place if it weren’t for the event season making other options unavailable. That said, having a small kitchen was a plus—it allowed me to make my own breakfast, which was helpful. Overall, the value wasn’t great, and unless you’re attending a major event and have no other choice, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Stayed at Dilo Apartments for 9 days and couldn't be happier with the experience. The price-to-comfort ratio is excellent, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to South Beach. We were assigned unit 1430, which features a beautiful balcony with an open view of the ocean—truly relaxing. The room was well-furnished with quality furniture, comfortable mattresses, a large TV, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The pool area is clean and inviting, elevators work smoothly, and the complimentary valet parking is a huge plus—even if there’s occasional wait time, it’s worth it. The building has old bones but was thoughtfully renovated, and while we did encounter minor electrical or AC issues (like a flickering light or cooler not working), they were fixed quickly by the staff. Overall, this place offers great value, a peaceful vibe, and excellent service. Definitely a top choice for future visits.
