She stayed calm, kept helping other guests while waiting for the platform’s call, and never made us feel rushed or ignored. Her dedication and attention to detail made a huge difference. This kind of service is rare, and it made our entire experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back—and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
