And yes, we finally got to try the famous balang (sea slug) jelly again, which was a nostalgic treat after years of missing it. Even when we weren’t sure how to ask our questions, she patiently guided us through everything. Location is excellent too—just a short walk from Xiamen Railway Station and surrounded by great dining options. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Xiamen!
