The stay was excellent overall—great location, quiet surroundings, and friendly staff made the experience really enjoyable. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, which could be challenging for elderly guests or those using wheelchairs. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the value for money was outstanding. I’d definitely consider returning.

Breakfast was a highlight: a great selection including fresh fruit, a classic English breakfast, poached eggs, and more—plenty of choices to suit different tastes. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, in a quiet neighborhood with a truly welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. Getting here is easy too—just take the Northern Line and a short bus ride. Without a doubt, we’d come back again.

The TV was in the kitchen instead of the bedroom, which made relaxing after dinner a bit awkward. There’s also a small, uncomfortable sofa facing the TV in the kitchen—hardly ideal for watching anything for long. That said, the location is excellent: close to Bayswater, Kensington Gardens, and bus stops. The neighborhood itself feels safe, quiet, and well-connected. Despite the minor drawbacks, it's a pleasant area and the overall value makes this a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and charm.
