While the sofa bed is basic with a metal frame and spring mattress, it’s perfectly functional for short stays. What really stands out is the fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, and all the essentials for cooking meals—ideal if you’re staying longer or want to save on dining out. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Clean, well-located, and thoughtfully designed—this place delivers excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London!

The TV was in the kitchen instead of the bedroom, which made relaxing after dinner a bit awkward. There’s also a small, uncomfortable sofa facing the TV in the kitchen—hardly ideal for watching anything for long. That said, the location is excellent: close to Bayswater, Kensington Gardens, and bus stops. The neighborhood itself feels safe, quiet, and well-connected. Despite the minor drawbacks, it's a pleasant area and the overall value makes this a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and charm.
