Beyond her personal care, the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. But what really made me come back? It’s the genuine warmth and thoughtfulness Miss Kavita showed. She transformed a simple hotel stay into a memorable experience—one that felt more like being welcomed into a home than just checking in. Staying on the 4th floor was a bit of a hassle since the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor—had to walk up a flight. The room came with just one towel and no hand towels at all, which was disappointing. The showerhead was broken, and adjusting the water temperature was frustratingly inconsistent. The TV was in the kitchen instead of the bedroom, which made relaxing after dinner a bit awkward. There’s also a small, uncomfortable sofa facing the TV in the kitchen—hardly ideal for watching anything for long. That said, the location is excellent: close to Bayswater, Kensington Gardens, and bus stops. The neighborhood itself feels safe, quiet, and well-connected. Despite the minor drawbacks, it's a pleasant area and the overall value makes this a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and charm.
