The moment I walked into the apartment, I felt like I was in a high-end serviced residence — modern, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. The room itself is beautifully designed with plenty of natural light and a calm, minimalist vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The infinity pool overlooking the river is a real showstopper, especially at sunset when the views are simply breathtaking. Communication with the staff was smooth via WhatsApp (also available through LINE or KakaoTalk), though I did have a small delay upon arrival — so if you're traveling without a phone capable of international calls, double-check your preferred contact method in advance. Overall, this place offers an unbeatable mix of comfort, style, and value. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet central stay in Saigon.

Avoid this property at all costs. The apartment was filthy and poorly maintained—hair and stains were visible on the sheets, and there were clumps of hair clogging the shower drain. We reported the issue to the platform around 9 PM after checking in at 4:30 PM and heading out for dinner. Despite the obvious cleanliness problems, they refused a refund for the night unless we left immediately. Where were we supposed to go with two kids during a heavy downpour? It wasn’t realistic. There were also visible bugs in both the kitchen and bathroom (see photos). We had booked for three nights but canceled the remainder. While we did get refunded for the two nights, the experience was extremely stressful. We ended up moving to Somerset Ho Chi Minh City Apartments—slightly more expensive, but the difference in quality was night and day. Clean, well-maintained, professional service—truly a five-star experience. This place was a complete rip-off. Only book here if you’re desperate and have no other options.

The apartment is perfectly located—just a short metro ride from downtown, and there are three convenience stores right downstairs, making daily essentials super easy to grab. There’s also a cozy coffee shop and a kids’ play area, which made it ideal for families. The unit itself is spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine and a drying area—huge plus for longer stays. The host, a friendly young guy, was incredibly responsive via WeChat—answered every question promptly and even offered free luggage storage. Unfortunately, I couldn’t add him on WhatsApp (sad face), but his kindness really stood out. Noise from motorbikes is noticeable since it’s in a high-rise building, but not overwhelming. One small note: no disposable toiletries are provided, so bring your own—but honestly, that didn’t detract from the experience at all. It’s rare to find such a great value-for-money place with such warm hospitality. I only stayed one night, but I wish I could’ve extended my visit—this spot deserves a second (or third!) stay!
