With check-in set at 2:30 PM, we were left stranded on the street trying to find alternative accommodations last minute. The platform sent emails claiming transaction declined, which felt misleading and unprofessional. This was an incredibly stressful and disorganized experience, especially with families and seniors involved. It’s frustrating to feel so helpless and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.
