Though the apartment is compact, it’s well-equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning, making it comfortable for both short stays and longer visits. Its location is unbeatable: just a short walk or quick ride to the restaurants in District 4 and major attractions in District 1. While it doesn’t offer panoramic river views, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed, this place offers excellent value and is definitely worth staying again.

We booked a stay for 14 people, including elderly guests and young children, only to be abruptly canceled just before arrival—five of our reservations were wiped out without warning. The platform sent emails claiming transaction declined, which felt misleading and unprofessional. This was an incredibly stressful and disorganized experience, especially with families and seniors involved. It’s frustrating to feel so helpless and misled. I wouldn’t recommend this property or the booking process to anyone—poor communication, zero support, and a complete lack of reliability.

He even took me to some amazing local eateries off the beaten path, where I enjoyed authentic Vietnamese food that tasted far better than any tourist spot. His hospitality, warmth, and proactive attitude made all the difference. It’s rare to find such personal care in a hotel setting, and it definitely went beyond expectations. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
