I’ve stayed at Windsor Plaza Hotel for three consecutive Christmas seasons in Ho Chi Minh City, and it’s become my go-to choice. The location is fantastic—right across from Ben Thanh Market, so shopping for local snacks or souvenirs is super easy. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the front door, which is super convenient when you’re tired or want a late-night snack. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions a breeze. The room is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room to move around—definitely more than expected for the price. It’s such a great value for money compared to other hotels in the area. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip. This hotel has truly become part of my Christmas tradition in Ho Chi Minh City.

My family member with allergies didn’t have any issues, which was a big relief. But the real standout? The service. From the moment we arrived, staff went above and beyond. Vincent at reception handled everything—from currency exchange and water delivery to helping us track down Grab food orders—with patience and genuine warmth, even when I know I might’ve been a bit of a hassle. Other team members were equally professional, fluent in English, and always ready to assist. What really impressed me was the dedicated staff at the entrance—they opened doors, checked seats for forgotten items, and responded instantly—within seconds of touching luggage, they were already taking it over. Even when I pulled out my phone to take a selfie, someone was already asking if they could help. This level of attentiveness and foresight makes this hotel one of the best experiences I’ve had in Ho Chi Minh City. Absolutely loved staying at RichLane Residences! Compared to similar apartments I've stayed in Kuala Lumpur, this one truly stands out. The room was spotless every day thanks to the daily cleaning service, and all the amenities were up to standard—perfect for a comfortable, self-catering stay. Located in District 7, it's super convenient: right next to a shopping complex (though not much to browse inside), but just a short walk across a small canal brings you straight into Koreatown. There's no shortage of great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and even massage spots—no need to worry about breakfast when Pho Vietnam nearby serves amazing bowls of pho. The only downside? It’s a bit far from the airport and central city, and traffic can be heavy during peak hours. Still, with good transport options like taxis and metro access, it’s easy to navigate. Overall, an excellent choice for a relaxed, well-located stay in Ho Chi Minh City—I’d definitely come back!
