The room was impeccably cleaned twice daily, yet I never saw the housekeeping staff, which speaks volumes about how seamless their work is. The library is a hidden gem—calm, elegant, and perfect for unwinding. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially one team member named Xiaoqi Sun who went above and beyond to help me recover a lost piece of jewelry. So grateful! Several restaurant staff spoke fluent Chinese, making communication smooth and stress-free. The club lounge staff were warm and attentive too. My only note: there’s a persistent gasoline smell near the second-floor entrance, where staff often stand guard. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s concerning for their well-being. I sincerely hope this gets addressed during the upcoming renovation. Otherwise, this hotel is absolutely perfect.

A taxi to Isetan Shinjuku costs around ¥2,500, which is reasonable. There’s also a convenience store in the underground passage linking to the station—but note it’s not open 24 hours. Breakfast is a highlight: the Japanese-style meal is prepared by the hotel’s in-house restaurant, Mizuran, and delivers top-quality flavors that leave you truly satisfied. Just remember to order by 10:00 AM. Overall, this hotel is ideal for business travelers, shoppers, or those exploring nearby attractions. With great dining options and the ability to reserve private rooms for client dinners or gatherings, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and service. Truly exceptional.

Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, though the quality wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard—nothing extraordinary, but satisfying enough. The only minor issue was a bit of dust trapped in the corner seams near the bedhead; I’m sensitive to dust, and when I reached for my phone case, it kicked up some particles and caused several sneezes. A deeper clean in those tight spots would be appreciated. Still, the location, comfort, and overall vibe make this a top choice for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

I stayed for seven nights and couldn't be happier with my experience. Right across from the hotel is Lumine, making shopping and dining super convenient. With both JR and subway lines nearby, getting around Tokyo is a breeze. I took a direct train to the Harry Potter World in just 30 minutes—no transfers needed! Plus, the airport bus stops right outside the front door, which made my departure stress-free. This place offers unbeatable convenience and value. I’ll definitely be back again soon.
