The staff at this hotel went above and beyond—almost all the front desk team spoke Russian, which was incredibly helpful for me as a non-English speaker. I casually asked if there was an iron available (noticed one in the adjacent room), and to my surprise, the front desk agent actually came up with me to help find the cleanest one! Such a thoughtful gesture—definitely made my stay more comfortable. The room itself was excellent overall. One minor note: there didn’t seem to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the shower area had a window (thankfully not facing the toilet). The blinds were there but couldn’t close properly—so while it’s fine for solo travelers, it might feel awkward if you're staying with friends or colleagues. Still, the location is great, service is top-notch, and the value is unbeatable. Would absolutely recommend and return without hesitation.

There’s a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby—highly recommend trying it. Plus, the Hagia Sophia is just a short walk away, making sightseeing super easy. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, and the modern design gives it a fresh feel. It’s not just about convenience—it’s excellent value for money. Our stay at Beethoven Hotel from May 11th to May 24th was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from major attractions and easily accessible by public transit. While the breakfast spread was a bit limited and the bedding could use an upgrade, these minor points didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. A special shoutout to Omer, the front desk staff who speaks Arabic, Turkish, and English—his multilingual skills and genuine warmth made every interaction smooth and pleasant. He went above and beyond to assist with all our requests, always with a smile and professional kindness. It’s clear the entire team values guest comfort and personal attention. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is attentive, and the staff feel like friends rather than just employees.
