The stay at Mirilayon Hotel - Old Town was disappointing overall. The building is old and clearly not well-maintained, with poor hygiene throughout the property. Our room was never cleaned during our entire stay—every surface had visible dust and hair, even on glasses and cups. I asked for a clean kettle, but it was still dirty, with dried milk, tea, or coffee residue inside. The towels were grimy and looked like they hadn’t been changed between guests. Breakfast was extremely underwhelming—barely any options, and nothing really appetizing. We ended up eating outside every day. The only redeeming factor was the location: very close to tram and metro stations, making public transport super convenient. However, the neighborhood isn’t particularly safe or pleasant, especially in the evenings. For travelers who value cleanliness, comfort, and decent service, this hotel falls short. Not recommended.
