On our second day, the shuttle to downtown was unexpectedly canceled, but the staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged a taxi for us at no extra cost. For our return trip, we simply called the front desk from our location, and they promptly sent a ride back to the hotel. While getting to Boston Airport required using Uber, the hotel’s central location makes it easy to access various transportation options. Overall, the service, convenience, and views make this a top choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in Cambridge.
