Our rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness. The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. This means we tend to wake up early when the sun comes up, but it’s a minor trade-off for such a fantastic stay. Overall, the resort delivers incredible value, especially being so close to Universal Studios. We’ll definitely be back again next year.

Walking over to Sea World is super easy—just a quick stroll across the bridge. The only downside? A $45 resort fee and $36 for self-parking, which adds up. But honestly, the location, amenities, and overall experience make it totally worth it. If you're visiting Orlando with family, this hotel delivers on fun, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommend!
