The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. We stayed for a week with my wife and three kids—six of us total—for my early 65th birthday celebration. The villa was incredibly spacious, with three full bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area, easily accommodating up to nine people. The master bedroom had a large round whirlpool tub, plus a separate shower and toilet—very luxurious. The other two rooms shared a bathroom, which worked well for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area had all the furniture you’d need for an extended stay. We loved the balcony with a circular table that seated six, offering lovely views of the lake and golf course. While the private pool was small, we were happy to access the facilities at the adjacent properties. Room service came every other day, which was just right for us. Nearby stores like Walmart, Target, and Publix are within reach, but definitely require a car. It’s only a five-minute drive to Vineland Premium Outlets and about ten minutes to SeaWorld—perfect for day trips. Just a heads-up: check-in and check-out are handled at the nearby Royal Palms property. Check-out is officially at 10am, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive an 11am extension—very thoughtful. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back!
